This is the Privacy Policy for Lirio, LLC (including but not limited to, and, each a “Site”), together with our affiliates and subsidiaries, (“Lirio,” “Finworx,” “Fiveworx,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). We understand that you may make use of certain of the content offered on our Site available to your clients and prospective clients (“End Users”).  It describes the information that we collect from you and your End Users as part of the normal operation of our Site and how we use, safeguard, and disclose this information.

Privacy on our Site is of great importance to us. By accepting the Privacy Policy in registration or by visiting and using the Site, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions.

If you have questions or complaints regarding Lirio’s Privacy Policy or associated practices, please contact us at

What information do we collect?

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide Services that most likely meet your needs and to customize our service to make your experience safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

In general, you can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you become a User, we require you to provide various contact and identity information and other personal information as indicated on the relevant forms on the Site (which vary, depending on what kind of User you are), and you are no longer anonymous to us. Where possible, on these forms we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional.

You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to become a User or by not using the particular feature of the Site for which the information is being collected.

As a User you provide certain Personal Information to the Company when choosing to participate in various activities on the Site such as registering as a member of the Site, ordering various Services, uploading content, taking advantage of promotions, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists. Personal Information includes information such as your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address, instant-messenger nickname, blog or other personal Web site URL, and any other information that would allow someone to identify you or contact you. Personal Information also includes information about your personal preferences, survey responses, and your transactions or relationship with us if you have been a User of the Site or you have provided this type of information to us.

We collect Personal Information about you when you visit the Site and input information, whether you are registering to use any Services, features or functions of the Sites, participating in promotions, ordering or purchasing products, or in the course of any other exchanges of information, transactions, and activities. We may use the information we obtain from you, including Personal Information, to tailor your experience on the Sites, to display content we think may be of interest to you, or to let us customize what you see when you visit the Site according to your preferences.

Lirio customers own their own data. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Contact lists (including name, address, email address, phone numbers and other contact information).
  • Content that they create or claim a copyright to (landing page content, email content, and images).

Lirio owns all of our own data and any data generated by our system. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Personas (including but not limited to identification, details of personas, and communication tips).
  • Content that we create and distribute to or on behalf of our customers, including any derivative works created by our customers or their assigns.
  • Data that is automatically generated by our system (including but not limited to approval logs, email distribution metrics).

We also automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our Site. We use this information to do internal research on Users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect, and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Site or not), your computer browser information, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

Lirio uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect information as you navigate the Company’s Sites. “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our Services. We use cookies to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session, and we use data collection devices (such as Google Analytics), including cookies, on certain pages of the Site to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, promote trust and safety, offer certain features that are only available through the use of a cookie, and to allow us to provide information that is targeted to your interests.

Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to the Company, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or any other means, you remain anonymous to the Company.

Cookies come in two flavors: session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. The Company uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows us to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you’ve logged in and are required in order to use our application. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you’ve closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser. The Company uses persistent cookies that only the Site can read and use, to identify the fact that you are a Subscriber or prior Site visitor (whatever the case may be). We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies.

You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our Sites or Services. Please remember that if you delete your cookies, or use a different browser or computer, you will need to set your cookies preferences again. You may access or change your cookie preferences at any time. If you have any problems using this cookie preference mechanism, please fill out an inquiry form at You can also learn more about cookies by visiting which includes additional useful information on cookies and how to block cookies using different types of browsers.

Web Beacons

Lirio uses Web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Customers and Visitors’ usage of the Company’s Sites and interaction with emails from the Company. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Web site or Service tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a Web site or Service tied to the Web beacon. For example, Lirio may place Web beacons in marketing emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to one of the Company’s Sites. Lirio uses Web beacons to operate and improve the Company’s Sites, Services and email communications.

Log Files, IP Addresses, URLs and Other Data

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer our Sites and Services.  This information may include your IP address (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), device and application identification numbers, your location, your browser type, your Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, the pages and files you viewed, your searches, your operating system and system configuration information, and date/time stamps associated with your usage. Due to Internet communications standards, when you visit or use the Company’s Sites and Services, we automatically receive the URL of the Web site from which you came and the Web site to which you go when you leave our Site. This information is used to analyze overall trends, to help us improve our Sites and Services, to track and aggregate non-personal information, and to provide the Sites and Services. For example, Lirio uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s Sites.

Do Not Track

Currently, various browsers — including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari — offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to Web sites visited by the user about the user’s browser DNT preference setting. Lirio does not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to the Company’s Sites, in part, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting User intent. Lirio takes privacy and meaningful choice seriously and will make efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site, to provide to you the Services offered by or through the Site; resolve service disputes; troubleshoot problems; measure consumer interest in our Services; inform you about online and offline offers, services, events and updates; deliver information to you that, in some cases, is relevant to your interests, such as product news; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our Terms of Use; provide you with system or administrative messages, and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection. On occasion, we use email addresses or other contact information to contact our Subscribers to ask them for their input on our Services and to forward to them promotional opportunities.

We may also use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze Site usage, to improve our content and product offerings, and to customize the Site’s content, layout, and Services. These uses improve the Site and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe and customized experience while using the Site.

After a customer contract ends, Lirio retains the right to store customer data for machine learning, reporting/analysis and sales/marketing purposes. At any time, we can sell access to data under our management to third parties for their own use. Individuals may opt out of having personally identifiable data (PID) shared with third parties so long as the service provided by the third party is not related to the delivery of Lirio services to its customers.

Our Disclosure of Your Information

Unless described in this Privacy Policy, Lirio does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes. The following describes some of the ways that your information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business to provide our Services:

In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy

In the event that Lirio is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your Personal Information is treated, transferred, or used.

Compelled Disclosure

Lirio reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties through the Site, whether they are Subscribers or Customers or otherwise, different rules may apply to their use, collection and disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them. Since we do not control the information use, collection or disclosure policies of third parties, you are subject to their privacy policies. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

Lirio will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety, security, and privacy of the data under our management. Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data under our control. For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information, such as contact information, you send to us electronically. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer. Once the Company receives your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our system. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. More information about security is available on the Site and in our Terms and Conditions.
