Healthcare Marketing Strategist

Lirio, LLC is hiring a marketing strategist to lead patient engagement strategy, implementation, and analysis for Wellworx, our healthcare division. Lirio is changing the face of communication by changing people’s behavior in the energy, finance, and healthcare markets. We optimize individualized communications at scale using our proprietary IDEAL engagement methodology: 1) identify persona; 2) define objectives; 3) engage using mass personalization; 4) achieve measurable outcomes; and 5) learn continuously, both team and machine learning.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic healthcare marketing strategist to lead the application of our technology to the healthcare space, with a particular focus on creating effective behavior change communications programs for healthcare systems, payers, providers, and partners. In this role, you will:
  • Define and implement winning persona-based healthcare engagement strategies based on core principles like personalization and behavioral economics.
  • Develop and oversee the development of creative assets to support approved engagement strategies, including, but not limited to, persona-based messaging content, imagery, and designs.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of client engagement programs, working with clients and our delivery team to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in the vision, direction, and development of the Wellworx brand in the healthcare vertical.
  • Serve as a thought leader for our company on healthcare marketing strategy in general, and our IDEAL engagement methodology as applied to healthcare, in particular.
  • Conduct competitive market research and analyze market fit, pricing, and go-to-market approach.
  • Represent our company to clients, prospects, and partners in the healthcare market, assisting with business development via client meetings, sales meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including those in our energy and finance markets, on innovation in our approach and product development.

Education & Experience:

As an ideal candidate for the Wellworx Marketing Strategist, you have:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare marketing, particularly patient engagement for behavior change.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and roles.
  • An understanding of the complexities and opportunities in the healthcare space, including, but not limited to, data privacy and security policies and procedures.
  • A demonstrated ability to create successful healthcare engagement programs, with a portfolio that showcases strategic, creative, and analytical outcomes.
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects at once, with software product management experience also preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to respond to dynamic market and company environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Confidence and comfort in working with digital tools, like Microsoft Office365, Slack, and a variety of web and mobile applications for project management, team collaboration, content management, and other key tasks.
