Senior Strategic Financial Analyst – Health

Role 

The Senior Strategic Financial Analyst will be a member of Lirio’s Finance Team based in Knoxville, TN.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Perform industry and competitor research and analysis to assess the healthcare environment as well as evaluate different business, operating, and financial models. 
  • Conduct financial and accounting analysis. 
  • Develop a pricing model that balances revenue growth with fair market value analysis.  
  • Work with the business and sales teams to develop pro forma modeling for prospective clients.  
  • Maintain and develop financial models related to strategic opportunities. 

 

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business major. 
  • 5 years of experience in health finance with focus on financial projections, modeling, and pricing. 
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry—Health Plan, MSO, CMS, Federal regulations. 
  • Proactive style with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.  
  • Capability to interact with senior management. 
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and financial accounting software. 
  • Skilled in operating at both the strategic and tactical level.
