Patrick Carlton brings 20 years of experience to Lirio as Director of Account

Lirio announced today that Patrick Carlton, an account director with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, has joined Lirio as the Director of Account Management for all Lirio Health accounts. Lirio, based in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a behavioral engagement solution that uses machine learning, persona-based messaging, and behavioral science to help organizations motivate the people they serve to achieve better outcomes.
“Patrick is known for his ability to assemble, grow, and guide an all-star account team,” says Kenny Bailey, Chief Revenue Officer at Lirio. “His addition will strengthen Lirio’s relationships with clients and propel our growth by keeping the team most directly aligned with customer success on target.”
Carlton previously served as the Vice President of Consulting for Encore, an emids company, where he delivered great value in building relationships internally and externally. Prior to that, his five-year tenure as Senior Strategic Account Director of Enterprise Accounts at IBM Watson Health primed him perfectly for Lirio, a technology company with a machine learning focus and a fast-growing healthcare solution.
During his time at IBM Watson Health, Carlton established and cultivated strategic relationships with C-level management within customer accounts, resulting in a deeper understanding of the customers’ objectives and how the company could help them achieve their goals. His experience in the industry has positioned him as an influential thought leader—a great asset for helping Lirio reach its objectives.

As Director of Account Management for Lirio Health, Carlton will be working closely with Bailey, as well as Chief Strategy Officer Patrick Hunt and the Account Management Team. Carlton will bring on several new hires and be critical in ensuring Lirio’s future success.
